Payment Terms & Conditions

• 50% DEPOSIT to guarantee your booking
• For bank deposit payments, please be sure to send a copy of the deposit slip or screenshot (for online transfer) to our social media page @CasaPelaezCebu or via email at info@casapelaezcebu.com.
• All bookings are confirmed and final once payment has been deposited. This secures your desired date and time slot.
• For any rescheduled requests, they must be submitted within 60 days of the original event date. You can only reschedule your event once within the given period. This will allow us to accommodate the change without forfeiture of your deposit, subject to availability.
• Downpayment will be forfeited for canceled bookings and no-shows.
